Making a planned gift can change the lives of people who are blind or visually impaired. The Trader Society How can you get started? Estate Planning If you need assistance, National Association of Estate Planners & Councils can help. Bequests A Charitable Reminder Trust is an irrevocable trust that pays a specified annual amount to one or more people for a fixed period of years – often the lifetime of the donor. At the end of the term of the trust, the remaining assets are distributed to a specified charity. A Charitable Lead Trust donates a portion of the trust to designated charities and, after a specified period of time, transfers the remainder of the trust to the beneficiaries or heirs.
