Blind Man using a computerClovernook’s comprehensive employment services are focused on the individual, not just the job placement. They include an array of strategies geared toward helping individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment.

Vocational Evaluation:
This service uses a variety of vocational tests, inventories, and work samples to determine the types of occupations, work environments, and technology for which an individual is best suited. This service only available through our Memphis office.

Work Readiness:
Whether re-entering the job market or seeking employment for the first time, a short-term work experience can sometimes be helpful in acquiring general work skills and understanding the demands and rewards of specific occupations. Facility or community based job sites can usually be developed for this purpose.

Job Placement:
Clovernook’s job placement specialists are highly experienced at linking individuals who are seeking competitive, long-term employment with employers who have a need for their particular skills and interests. We take a business approach to job development, recognizing that motivated employees are the key to an employer’s success.

Job Coaching:
Once an individual begins a new job, Clovernook staff can provide temporary direct worksite instruction for the mastery of job duties as well as consultation regarding worksite adaptations that may be useful.

Job Supports:
Clovernook’s job retention specialists can be called upon to help when there is a change in job duties, work location, equipment, or any other challenge that may jeopardize the employee’s continued success on the job.
