social services

selecting fruit at the grocery storeClovernook’s social services offer a broad range of supports to help individuals adjust to recent vision loss or manage ongoing life challenges. Services vary from direct assistance with shopping, transportation, and reading mail, to help in obtaining housing, benefits, and other community supports. Licensed social workers offer individual and group counseling as well as support for families. New support groups can be established as needed in convenient community locations.

These services are available only through our Cincinnati office.

Our Social Services department consists of six service providers, who represent a broad range of experience in counseling, case management, and one-on-one assistance for community living. Staff in this department have given from four to twelve years of service to Clovernook’s consumers.
