Vocational Habilitation
Vocational Habilitation will assist individuals in learning the skills needed to work independently in the community. An individualized plan is developed for each person based on needs identified through evaluation findings, referral information, observations, and interviews. The plan specifies in measurable terms, specific training procedures to address work and social skills, problem solving, communications with supervisors and coworkers, transportation needs and how to connect with the community. All persons engaged in work activities are compensated according to applicable wage and hour standards.

Supported Employment
Provides ongoing support to individuals employed in the community. An individual plan identifies the need for retention visits to address co-worker relationships, problem solving and professional work ethic.

Our support staff has more than 20 years of experience among them. Off the production floor, our Vocational Habilitation Coordinator functions as the service coordinator for each participant, ensuring that adequate planning, supports, and training is taking place for the individual to function as independently as possible in any work setting. Clovernook’s Vocational Habilitation Coordinator holds a bachelor’s degree and has dedicated more than 10 years of service to individuals with multiple disabilities.
