These services are available only through our Cincinnati office.
Clovernook Center's Social Services may include:
- Information and referral
- Linkage with community supports and resources
- Assistance with obtaining housing or appropriate benefits
- Assistance with maintaining physical and mental health
- Other independent living support as needed
A low vision support group is provided monthly at Clovernook. New support groups may be established as needed in convenient community locations.
Some social work services are paid for in part or in full by third party funding sources. In cases where outside funding is not available, we will assess your fee for service based on household size and gross income.
