These services are available only through our Cincinnati office.

Selecting fruit at the grocery store Clovernook Center's Social Services program offers a broad range of supports to help individuals adjust to recent and long term vision loss. Program staff assist consumers with managing life challenges which accompany vision loss and other issues as they occur. Our Social Services program consists of service providers who represent a broad range of education and experience in counseling, case management, and on-on-one assistance for community living. Services may vary from direct assistance such as shopping, transportation, reading mail, and paying bills to help in obtaining housing, benefits, and other community supports. Licensed social workers offer individual and group counseling. Low vision support groups are provided in various location in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. New support groups can be established as needed in convenient community locations.

Staff in this department have given from four to thirteen years of service to Clovernook’s consumers.
